Lasting Looks Clinic in Toronto

Just called to book an appt for my mom. The receptionist that answered the phone was very short and rude with me. I asked if the clini does vascular therapy and lip injection. The woman said that the clinic doesn’t do vascular therapy for the legs anymore. Ok fine, but what about booking an appt for the face and lips? The receptionist receptionist response was truly shocking; she told me it’s best “your mom look for another clinic where she can get everything done!?” This is poor customer service and very shocking that the receptionist is losing business for the clinic. I would give this place 0 stars.

Two weeks ago I called and left a message requesting an appointment for September 23. A few days later, I received a call back, and the person (probably was the receptionist) told me that she couldn’t make an appointment for that day, but September 22 was fine, but first she needed to book a consultation. She said that she will call me back as she had to check with someone else. Unfortunately, it has been at least another week, and no call back or appointment. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and lack of interest. I guess they didn’t need me as a client. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lasting Looks is wonderful. I have tried several treatments with them and I have been satisfied every time. I am very happy with my laser hair removal, and super satisfied with how they have helped my acne. I now feel comfortable to go without makeup and everyone has noticed how good my skin is looking. I recently got a Perfect Peel done at their clinic and all I can say is WOW, what a difference. The peel was amazing! It removed all my scars I was so paranoid about and it gave me a beautiful glow. It was a few days of downtime but it was all worth it in the end. I will most definitely get this peel done again in a few months for upkeep. The staff at Lasting Looks was so patient and understanding. We went through all the benefits and the amount of downtime needed for best results. I had so many things I wanted out of a peel and they helped me find the perfect one! Janice was so kind overseeing everything while I got my peel. Great place and environment. They really take pride in their clinic and patients.

My experience at lasting looks clinic has been positive and every visit I am made to feel at ease and hopeful. I am a high school student that had severe acne and I’ve tried every product and been to many doctors, which none have helped. Janice’s acne/chemical peels have brought my skin back to what it once was. I no longer need to wear makeup to cover up my acne and it’s boosted up my confidence. I am so grateful to have found her and I highly recommend their services. You’re in great hands.
