I went in for an initial consultation, and during that visit I felt pushed toward choosing the most expensive treatment rather than the option that would actually be best for me. It didn’t feel like my needs or concerns were being prioritized — just what they wanted to sell. When I returned for the actual treatment appointments, the experience unfortunately did not improve. The treatment they steered me into choosing was not satisfactory at all. When I raised my concerns afterward, I was basically told “it is what it is,” with no effort made to fix the issue or offer any meaningful support. Overall, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend based on how I was treated.

Been getting brazilian laser for just over a year. My biggest issue with the clinic is the inconsistency. Different techs are more thorough and use different techniques for applying the laser. I’ve had techs who will sort of glide the machine while it’s zapping my skin and then others who will hold it on one spot, zap, and then pick it up and move to the next spot for another zap - I don’t know which is more correct but the latter does feel like spots are getting missed. I also think I’m missing out on better results because I have techs who are more careful about getting in my crevices and others who will get every bit of skin possible without me needing to ask. I know that there’s some spots where it’s tougher to target hair compared to others - some areas are more sensitive and the hair is gonna be patchy. That’s expected. But I can’t help but think some sessions were a bit wasted because the tech did it differently. Literally each one was slightly different in their application as far as how much gel, how they moved the machine on my skin, what areas they targeted, etc. I have to give a huge shoutout to Sarah, who was my most recent tech. She was thorough and detailed but also super friendly and easy to talk to. While all of the staff at the clinic are nice I wish they just kept us with the same technician every time. Even going on the same day around the same time at every appointment, I’ve had at least 4 laser technicians across 6 sessions. If I stick with Sarah going forward and get more consistent treatments, I’ll definitely come back with a nicer review. But as of right now that’s what bothers me most. The customer service is nice. I appreciate being able to text them for anything and they’re very responsive. But I wasn’t super satisfied with my consultant Shelly. There were a couple of times I needed to reach her and it took some time. I don’t fault her for that, but it’s not a great system when the only person who can answer your question is busiest. One of the times it was because I got conflicting information on what parts of the vulva are safe to laser. I eventually did get a call directly from Kitty after contacting customer service but it would’ve been nice to have it explained from the start before spending the money. If you’ve got lips with hair that poke in a bit like I do, that’s worth asking more about before committing to anything. It’s the entire REASON I wanted laser which I explained to Shelly in my consultation. To then get confusing answers on whether it could even be targeted was frustrating. I’m not confident it can be done the way I want with different techs treating the area differently. Some techs are scared to venture where it’s apparently so sensitive that it’s not safe, others get on there like it’s nothing. Again, consistency. On a final note, some techs will lather copious amounts of ultra sound jelly and then leave it there. It’s gross and I absolutely hate cleaning globs of gel off myself after the session. It would be nice if all techs showed equal amount of care with cleaning us up after. It’s already vulnerable enough being naked on the table with a stranger, it’s all the more demoralizing to be left with gunk covering your bits and getting all over ur thighs. The least they could do is help clean it before leaving us to change. Not all techs use so much gel, and personally I prefer less- a lot of it feels gross and I don’t love having it completely covering my more sensitive areas. They say it makes the laser hurt less but frankly laser is near painless for me 🤷🏽‍♀️ maybe i have a high pain tolerance but I can promise this doesn’t compare to waxing (or in growns for that matter). I’ll take the pain over such a slobbery mess. But again, consistency is mainly my issue. You just don’t know what you’ll get session to session and I wish I could guarantee getting the kind of service I prefer each time, knowing the standards are consistent

I had such a great experience with Sarah at Laserbody MD. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a friendly attitude that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. My laser treatment went really well. The staff was kind and explained everything in an easy way. The treatment didn’t hurt much, and I can already see my skin looking better. I’m happy with the results and would recommend it to others.

I recently experienced some issues with my scheduling, but Sarah went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly supportive and made sure I was able to adjust my appointment time without any hassle. Throughout the process, she made me feel truly welcome and valued as a customer. Her service was outstanding, and I am very grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend Sarah for her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service.
