La Perla Salon & Spa in Toronto

My worst nightmare. Iram burned my hair! This is not keratine at all. Although she was apologetic and wanted to make it up to me, and she also sent me back my money, she can't replace the trauma and stress she caused me. Until now, I can't sleep, and I still keep crying. Please don't ever do any keratine at this Salon.

This is my second time going for keratin hair treatment, Iram did a really good job. This is a wonderful place to go for other spa services too. I highly recommend this place because price is very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. So happy!

I had a wonderful experience at La Perla. Iran made me feel super comfortable and laugh throughout my appointment, and nailed exactly what i wanted to be done. My hair feels fresh and light! Would definitely come back, she made the experience so much better!

Super nice owners but I do not recommend getting lash lifts here. There was no lift effect after my one hour appointment, and I got glue/solution in my eyes which caused some irritation. The owners were very nice and offered a free redo next week. However, getting two lash lifts in such a short period of time will definitely cause lash damage. I declined the redo and they agreed to my request for a refund. I appreciate that the salon owned up to their mistake and gave me a refund. They are super nice. However, I will not be returning for a lash lift.

I went to this salon for the first time and had an amazing experience! The stylist who helped me (Jenny) was very knowledgable, friendly and precise. She also gave many tips & tricks for the best style and potential better quality of my hair. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was good and positive. My husband went to this salon in the week after and had a good experience as well. Both the good deal and services make us wanting to return this salon next time we need a hair cut.
