Nicki does the best biogel nails and refills. She is a perfectionist, and takes her time down to the very last detail, leaving my hands and nails so beautiful. Best nail tech ever!!! Highly recommend.

Depends on which nail tech you see. Tammy is amazing, but my last pedicure I saw someone else and my toenails are destroyed and I’m in pain! Bleeding from both big toes. She was nice though and gave me a good massage at the end so I even tipped her but she really shouldn’t be doing nails. 😭 It hurts to walk.

I got a gel manicure by Meaghan yesterday and wow! My nails look exceptional! Meaghan is truly an artist and super kind. Can’t recommend her enough!

Tammy did a wonderful work of art with the magnetic cat eye nail design. She was very gentle and attentive. Also loved the overall ambience of the salon-very cute and cheery.

I called ahead and booked for an acrylic removal, a Russian manicure, and a new set of acrylics. When I showed up, they had me booked wrong — then tried to blame me for the miscommunication. The nail tech literally tried to gaslight me and say I didn’t specify, even though I was crystal clear on the phone. Halfway through, she told me she couldn’t finish my nails and tried to rebook me for another day. Seriously? She left my nails looking like THIS (photo attached): rough, crusty, and completely unfinished. No new set, no polish, just damaged and embarrassing. Then she still had the audacity to try charging me full price for a service she didn’t complete. No accountability, no apology, just straight-up unprofessional behavior. This place does not respect your time, your money, or your expectations. I will never be going back — and I suggest you don’t either.
