La Crystal Nail & Spa in Ottawa

I recently got my nails done by Sammy. It was a lovely experience! I was her last client of the day, however she did not make me feel rushed whatsoever, and made sure to check in with me every step of the way to make sure that the nails were just how I wanted them. It was a very friendly and welcoming environment, which was a huge relief after stepping in from the cold and heavy snow outside. The salon itself was clean and cozy. Sammy was very gentle with my nails, yet very precise and did not work too slowly. My nails feel sturdy and strong.I love the design and I'm very happy with how they turned out! Thank you so much, I am looking forward to coming back and booking with Sammy again. :)

My nails are so cute!! I love one🥰 Lena did that nails. I went to 2 nail salons before I came here but there is the most favorite salon. If you wonder where nail salon is good, I recommend this nail salon.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was so painful I feel like I have to warn others. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and manicure over the phone. Unfortunately, the person who worked on me broke my natural nail and actually laughed about it. I naturally have short toenails, so I always add a fake nail on my big toes. When she used the drill, it was extremely painful and my toe started bleeding. Instead of being careful, she painted my skin instead of my nail and still sent me home with a broken nail. She didn’t show any care or professionalism. When I asked her to shorten the nails, she couldn’t understand me and someone else had to step in and show her. Honestly, it’s shocking that they would hire someone with so little knowledge. Now I have to deal with an open wound, and on top of that, I was still charged $70. The only reason I came back was because last time I had an amazing experience with Azi, but she was fully booked this time. I assumed the same quality of service would apply with others, but that was not the case. Please be careful unless you know exactly who you’re booking with, you risk wasting your money and leaving with a very bad experience.

I’ve been going to La Crystal for almost a year now, I switch between this location and the one in Gatineau. My girl Sophie always does such an amazing job and I look forward to seeing her every month! I’ve also had some of the other girls there do my nails and they’re just as talented. I drive over an hour out of town every month just to get my nails done here :)

I don’t get my nails done anywhere else! They have three locations which is super convenient, and everyone is so friendly. I book with Sophie every single time! She’s so creative and takes her time to make sure you love your nails. Highly recommend LA Crystal!
