This 5 star review is specifically for Adele. She also works at Honey + Garlic which I prefer as a clinic for their parking, softer sheets and ease of booking, but I would honestly follow Adele anywhere she goes. She is that good! Adele Neudorf is an exceptional RMT and a rare light. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful, with a unique ability to truly see and understand the body with just a look and a gentle touch. I have never experienced massage therapy with such a profound impact on healing. Where massage can sometimes feel good temporarily and then fade, Adele’s work feels like it actually fixes things at the root. She approaches her work with integrity, presence, and genuine care. Adele is also incredibly generous with her knowledge, always offering thoughtful recommendations for other practitioners and openly sharing her own experiences and why she trusts them. That openness and honesty build deep trust. I am so grateful I stumbled across her — her care has made a real and lasting difference.

Working with Olivia Shaffer has been an incredibly positive and powerful healing experience. Her knowledge of the Feldenkrais Method is vast and is supported by a deep understanding and passion of the body. I came in to Klink with intense body pains and fatigue and walked out with relief, energy, and an exciting new insight into how to work with my own body intelligence. This practice has given me tools to integrate body-awareness and connection into my daily life which has shown outstanding results! Moreover, Olivia’s ability to create a supremely safe environment catered to my unique needs coupled with wisdom, empathy, intuition, and digestible instruction/information is the key to allowing healing changes to take place in a vulnerable field such as this. It’s been an honour to have this opportunity of a lifetime - a practitioner and method I will 100% continue working with and 100% recommend.

I broke my ankle hiking last Fall and, as a busy hairstylist, I had no choice but to return to work in an air-cast while I waited over a month to heal. I happened to be back at my salon in time for Hilary’s regular hair appointment and, seeing me in this uncomfortable state, she introduced me to the Anat Baniel Method. Finally healed, after so many weeks of my body overcompensating, I was now faced with reconnecting my brain back to my foot! Hilary’s NeuroMovement treatments recreated this connection for me. Not only was my ankle now able to bare the weight and move in the way it once did, but other parts of my body that have wear and tear from 20 years of doing hair also experienced benefits! I was able to recover so much quicker than expected and my overall body movements have become more aligned. The ankle pain is gone as well as other chronic body pain I had been managing for years! I had an RMT with Adele & it was one of the best experiences, as she is highly knowledgeable & intuitive. She deeply understands the mind & body connection- she is a terrific support. I'm never going to another RMT again. The vibe is tranquil & clean. Thank you so much Adele for your gift of healing.

I have had several massages with Rob Joynson and have always left feeling healed and rejuvenated. He makes me feel safe and genuinely cared for while he uses a variety of techniques to treat my aches and pains. I highly recommend him!
