Such an amazing experience at Kingsway Dermatology! I completed a ProFractional laser treatment with Katie, and she was absolutely incredible. She is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, and she truly takes the time to answer all of your questions while putting herself in the client’s shoes. I felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. As a client with a deeper skin tone, I especially appreciated how experienced Katie is in treating skin of color. I was initially worried about pigmentation, but my healing process has been going very well thanks to the proper pre and post care guidance they provide. That level of expertise made me feel confident and supported from start to finish. The receptionists are also kind and helpful whenever I have questions. The clinic is very clean, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. They make sure you feel comfortable and always ask if you need anything, whether it is a beverage or a blanket. This has been the best experience I have had at a dermatology clinic. Addressing skin concerns can feel very personal and intimidating, but they take their time to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and supported. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. 10 out of 10 experience. 🩷🥰

Katie made my treatment go so smoothly and helped me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’m always a bit anxious going into treatments because of the pain and discomfort I usually experience in the days afterward, but she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel like I could trust her and feel confident that I’m in good hands throughout my melasma treatment journey. Katie is incredibly friendly and does an amazing job explaining each step of the process as she goes, constantly checking in to make sure I’m okay. What really stood out to me was how attentive and caring she is, she even checked on me for the first three days after my treatment to see how I was doing and to give guidance for at home care. Her professionalism, kindness, and reassurance have made a huge difference for me. I feel confident that she’s guiding me toward clearer skin and I’m so grateful for her care and support. Highly recommend Katie to anyone considering laser or skin treatments.

I’ve been seeing Katie at the cosmetic centre for over a year now, and it’s been so worth it. I can truly see and feel a difference in my skin. Every visit feels like a treat, and I always look forward to my next appointment with her.
