If you're looking for a clinic that offers a revolving door of new faces every week, you're in luck! With over 10 staff changes in what feels like the blink of an eye, every visit brings a surprise like a chaotic game of "Who's New Today?" During treatments, you might even get the added thrill of wondering if your provider is completely present, some staff have appeared unusually "relaxed,” with stuff up their nose which really adds to the suspense. The cosmetic manager is... well, let's just say she has a real talent for making people feel small. You'll never doubt who's in charge, especially when you're being condescended to with such grace. The owner? A real gem, if you enjoy being sized up like you're on a casting call just for walking through the door. Super inclusive vibes. And the entertainment in the waiting room is unmatched. Forget magazines you'll get live gossip from staff who forget (or don't care) that patients can hear everything. It's basically reality TV. Oh, and job security seems optional here. People disappear from one day to the next with no explanation, truly keeps the atmosphere fresh and unpredictable. Would I recommend this place? Sure, if you're into unpredictability, judgment, and a dash of workplace drama. If not... maybe keep looking.

I’ve been seeing Katie at the cosmetic centre for over a year now, and it’s been so worth it. I can truly see and feel a difference in my skin. Every visit feels like a treat, and I always look forward to my next appointment with her. She not only knows exactly what she’s doing, but is also patient, compassionate, and consistently tailors a plan to my skin and goals. Dr. Fisher is absolutely exceptional and very considerate. I can’t recommend Katie enough, along with the wonderful dermatologists, and entire team at Kingsway Dermatology.

I’ve been to the cosmetic side multiple times and definitely most of the staff are great and provide excellent service. However getting an appointment from the dermatologist is difficult. Seen them once after 7 months of waiting for an appointment. Got seen and was satisfied. more than a year past I was trying to make another follow appointment as the treatment given is no longer effective. When I called for an appointment a few weeks ago they informed that I need a new requisition form from my doctor. I called my doctor to send a new requisition, haven’t heard back. I decided to call and they told me they rejected the requisition reasons I find unclear. My question why tell me to do this to reject it. So fustrating.
