Her approach is very holistic, making sure you are fully relaxed and taken care of. I had my first treatment with Ally for NeoElite to improve my rosacea. The experience was seamless from start to finish. To begin, the space is beautiful and cozy with a European sensibility. The patient care coordinator warmly greeted me and assisted me with the intake forms which were very easy to navigate. I was then introduced to Ally, who was in charge of my treatment and she was incredibly sweet and caring throughout the entire process and I felt like she truly understood my needs. The NeoElite device (for me) was virtually painless, I honestly caught myself almost falling asleep between the device treatment as well as ally’s exceptional facial massage techniques which made for a greatly unique experience unlike any I’ve had at a medical spa. The icing on the cake was the selection of skincare and let me just say any business that can carry Biologique Recherche is top tier in my books. There were other great brands carried as well and I was of course supported with selecting some options to maximize my results after the session ended. Had the most incredible Biologique Recherche here with Jackie. I've always wanted one, and spas that offer BR are hard to find. The spa is the most stunning space, even the entrance is beautiful! The treatment room was so luxe and the heated table (where they can adjust your head or foot position) was just incredible. My skin had been so dry from 3 days of skiing and looked absolutely perfect once she was done. I find the pricing to be extremely fair as well. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town!
