I just to give a 0 star. I have done waxing and eyebrow services from past 1 year. Every time the services came depleting and worst. I got cut marks on my eyebrows and upperlip. Waxing is the worst part ever. The room itself is not clean and very uncomfortable. The owner lady gets a call, and she leaves me and takes the call and keeps speaking, while i lay there just with my bra for underarms wax. Recently the last time when I went(i didnt have a choice and was in a hurry), the same thing repeated and this time I got black marks on my underarms (the skin peeled badly and it darkens and also will be painful). I got marks now which may takes months to go. This is completely unacceptable as they dont even know how to wax. This parlour should be banned as there are no professionals, no neatness, no proper accessories to do services. Please dont consider as this marks dont leave and this people will not accept or be accountable.

I got my threading done. She was professional. Did a good job. But, the owner that lady was so rude to my friend she said him to go out when he was talking to me.

I have got my upper lip (threading) full legs, full arm and underarms waxed by Sonam…she is quite experienced and it reflects in her work as well…it was so quick..almost painless for the person like me..who has an average hair growth..she was friendly and gentle…thankyou!!!

I’ve been coming here since 2021. Pricing is good, work is good - she is skilled. Just don’t expect her to open the store on time as listed since she is a sole proprietor. Don’t ask her to use the bathroom even as a paying customer as she gets upset. Also please be aware that we’re supposed to magically know when she’s going on break. I will be going elsewhere from now on as I’d personally prefer to give my business towards a more pleasant customer service experience especially to long-time customers. But if these things are not of importance to you then this the establishment for you. Good luck!
