GoogleI had filler by Jenny at her Toronto downtown location (which closed this year). The filler didn’t enter the tear trough, it pooled where it was injected and formed lumps that never went away (see photo). She offered dissolution, which removed the lumps but my eye bags look larger. Several dermatologists later told me filler dissolution can escalate the eye bag looking worse. I was also uncomfortable that she advertised that she’d never had a failed injection.’

GoogleLoved this place, was the only place I'd go to and now it's with a heavy heart that I need to write a review solely based on not being valued as a client. 5 years of loyalty & I've called many times to make arrangements to have an appointment but after 4 calls on different occasions and 4 responses of 'we'll call you back' with no callback or follow up, i've officially giving up and sadly will have to look elsewhere for my beauty needs.
