This is by far the best massage I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! Jian, is super professional, and amazing at what she does! You can tell she is so passionate and dedicated to perfection her craft by how she takes time with each massage she gives! You can tell she gives her undivided attention and love! Every time I go get a massage, I leave satisfied and feel so much better! It’s incredibly clean environment and she is so kind and so nice and so welcoming. I genuinely look forward to every massage I book because I can’t get enough! Literally the best masseuse on the planet! Thank you Jian for always being so wonderful at your job! I booked an appointment for two people over the phone and clearly stated it was for two at 5:00 pm. When we arrived, the staff member told us it was my fault for not being clear, which was frustrating given that I had specified this during the booking. We had to wait for 45 minutes. The massage costs $170 per person, and although we paid $120 thanks to insurance coverage, I still expected a higher level of service for that price. When I asked for water, it seemed to be unfiltered tap water and did not taste clean. For a business charging these rates, this was disappointing. We were not provided with a changing robe or towels. We were simply placed into a room with no guidance or preparation, which felt unprofessional. The massage itself was very basic and did not stand out in quality—honestly, it was no better than a general massage my partner could provide at home. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price charged. I hope the business takes this feedback into consideration and makes improvements to better accommodate and care for their clients.

JC Spa and Massage turned out to be one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences I’ve had with any service provider. They confirmed my appointment and quoted specific rates, only to raise the price by 30% when I arrived. It felt incredibly dishonest. And instead of taking responsibility, they blamed their own staff—saying their part-time receptionist “doesn’t know the policies or service rates.” That excuse was even more frustrating. If the person representing your business can’t provide accurate information, that’s a reflection of the business itself. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, consistency, and respect for customers’ time. This whole situation left me feeling misled and undervalued. If this is how they treat clients before the service even begins, I can only imagine what the actual service would be like. I wish I had paid closer attention to their other 1-star reviews, because they describe the same kind of careless, disorganized, and disappointing behavior. I walked away feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down.

Went yesterday for a massage. Was greeted very nicely and talked through the paperwork. Then was led to the treatment room. Recieved an hour long massage which was soothing and was able to work out alot of the tightness. Would definitely recommend. Place was very clean and well kept. Service was amazing and they were friendly which made the experience that much better.
