JaJa Nails & Spa in Ottawa

I have been coming to JaJa Nails for about six months now consistently and I absolutely LOVE it here! The staff are incredibly friendly, the services are professional and top-grade, and the facility is bright and clean. Now that I've become a regular, I go in specifically to book with Quinn, who is an INCREDIBLE nail technician and artist! Her attention to detail, care for her work, and her friendly personality make coming to the spa even more enjoyable. I always know that I am in good hands when I am with Quinn, and the results speak for themselves! Just yesterday I came in with a detailed photo of some holiday nails I had seen online, knowing that it may not be possible to replicate the intricate design. Not only did Quinn welcome the challenge with confidence, she nailed it! My nails (pictured here) look absolutely perfect, and I've already gotten so many compliments on the design! I cannot recommend JaJa Nails, and Quinn, enough! 🙂

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been too IN MY LIFE 🩷 the people are all so nice here and they genuinely care so much about their clients. They have so many options for chrome colours and designs as well!! I recommend everyone to go to jaja spa for great quality and even better customer service 💅🏼✨

My first time at there today.. I was totally impressed!! The space is beautiful and very clean!! The staff are warm and friendly all of them. I went in for Dip with hand painted design. Annie and Kelly did a FANTASTIC job! They did it exactly like the picture. Annie was so patient with me in showing her different looks and really help me choose the one I ended up with. She shaped my nails exactly how I wanted while keeping my length. Kelly picked the perfect shade and painted on the hearts. I am in love with my nails!! 5 STAR across the board!! Thank you! 💅🏼☺️

visited this nail salon for the first time and had a great experience! The staff was welcoming, and my stylist was super friendly and professional. She recommended Bio Gel and explained all the benefits — like how it’s healthier for your natural nails, gives a glossy finish, and lasts longer without chipping. I love how natural and clean my nails look now. I really appreciated the personalized suggestion and attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

It was my first time getting my nails done at JaJa Nails & Spa, HENRY was my nail technician and he did well in what i asked for which was a yellow chrome nails with a sunflower art nail accent. The picture on the left was on the day I got it (i also got engaged 2 hours after I got my nails done 🥰😭) and the pic on the right is 3 weeks after and it’s still in tact, vibrant, and pretty! My fiance also came with me and had a manicure and pedicure + foot spa. It was his first time and he thoroughly enjoyed his first experience. The place was super clean, cozy and relaxing. Me and my fiance are also obsessed with the hand scrub they gave us after because our hands were as smooth as a baby! We will definitely be coming back and i can’t wait for my next appointment 💅
