GoogleHad a massage with Mariane Finessey I just want to say she is so knowledgeable she is an RMT , a nurse and specialized in osteopathy I had my massage which was relaxing but she also addressed some of my underlying concerns. Front desk staff were friendly. This place is a good neighborhood spa if you need to get some treatments. It is a boutique spa so don’t expect elm wood spa vibes but it is a relaxing quality neighborhood gem. 💎 will book again.

GoogleDr. Marry Liougas at Healthwinds Spa is truly exceptional. I went to see her for TMJ issues, as I was experiencing recurring jaw pain that would sometimes last for days. Through her personalized treatment plan and the exercises she provided, not only am I feeling significantly better, but I also now understand what changes I need to make in my daily life to prevent it from happening again. What I truly appreciate is that she doesn’t take a “band-aid” approach. She takes the time to find the root cause of the issue and works on that. I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise, care, and professionalism. 10/10 — highly recommend!

GoogleI had a great experience there, had fresh tea with my friends in the lounge before our mani&pedi. Foot massage was so relaxing. There is green park in the same building. If you are driving, very easy to get parking.
