Hand & Stone Stittsville in Ottawa

I had an excellent experience at Hand & Stone and would highly recommend their services. I originally went in for general wellness and relaxation, and the service I received far exceeded my expectations. My RMT, Sunisa, was exceptional and made a noticeable difference in my recovery. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to detail, and the level of experience and care they provide truly stands out. I also recently took advantage of their Buy One, Get One Free gift card promotion—an amazing deal for such high-quality services. The management here is top-notch. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, and the spa is always well maintained. This has become one of my go-to places for wellness, and I highly recommend this location!

I have been to this place three times. The services are overpriced compared to other places (even more than the regular amount the insurance considers normal). Overall, the place is clean and well maintained. I had a very pleasant experience receiving hot stone massage from Sunisa. She is good at what she does and knows how to make your muscles feel relaxed. However, my last regular massage experience with Rachel was not good. She didn’t seem to have enough experience and I could feel my time and money was wasted. I understand that people might have different levels of expertise, but when I am charged 50% more than other places, I deserve to receive a good service.

Every visit to Hand & Stone Stittsville is truly transformative. Five star experience from start to finish. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, while the spaces are clean and calming. The facials are so lovely. Heather provides phenomenal service, taking time to talk through skin concerns and offering helpful suggestions. I also received a top notch massage from Vidi. He expertly addressed the shoulder pain I’d been experiencing, while ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend! You will walk out feeling brand new.

Amazing Service!!!!! The space is clean, calming, and very professional. My RMT (Vidar, Eman, Colin) is/are highly skilled and took the time to understand my needs before starting the session. The massage was therapeutic, not just relaxing — I felt real relief in my shoulders and lower back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality RMT massage!

Amazing spa!! The front desk staff are so welcoming, professional and friendly. The rooms are extra clean and very relaxing. Massage therapists are great! The services have add ons and my favourite is the head massage with Lavender oil. Highly recommend this spa. Janelle at the front desk is so amazing and helpful.
