TLDR; sneaky and dishonest about add ons I’m quite disappointed in the way that H&S Dan Leckie estheticians upsell during facials in ways that are unethical and lack transparency. The estheticians will frame the add ons as absolutely mandatory and as a single service when really it’s multiple add ons grouped together (but sounding like part of one service) in attempt sell more. Sometimes they make it sound like they’re giving you some for free when really it’s part of the higher price they already quoted you. It lacks honesty, felt pushy and sneaky, and rubbed me the wrong way. The facial was pretty good but I can’t support a business whose estheticians lack integrity. It completely ruined the whole experience for me. They really should have clients review the service menu and choose for themselves if they want add ons (and of course consent to what’s being done). There’s no need for these fake “free” add-ons that appear on the bill at checkout. Tsk tsk. Do better H&S!

The price increase in the last few years has been wild. Oct 2023 they raised the price of a standard 50 minute massage by $10 and then they raised the price by $10 again Oct 01 2025. That’s a $20 increase since I’ve started going there! I haven't seen any changes to the services or facility, so why the massive increase in prices? It's not like our benefits increase annually either. I also confirmed with the masseuse- they arent making anymore money with the price increase. It’s all going to corporate. In this area (Fort York), I get my nails done, lashes done, and I also have a gym membership, no other establishment has had price increases like this. It's a shame because I absolutely love going to Chandra, but I feel like I am getting ripped off with the constant increase in prices (for a basic massage!). Update Jan 11, 2026: I used to be able to add lavender or eucalyptus aromatherapy for no charge to my massage. I booked my last message there yesterday and now it’s $15 to choose either of those options. This place is ridiculous.

I had a very good experience with the masseuse, Michelle. She was very easy to be comfortable with. Her use of deep pressure, techniques reminiscent of Thai massage, and overall demeanor were kind and caring. I also had pleasant interactions with the reception team during a call for booking. Would go back!

I’ve been coming here for massages for over 5 years, and not once have I been disappointed. My go-to therapist is Symon — he is truly a star masseuse. I can’t thank him enough for consistently helping me with my aches and pains. The staff overall is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommend!

My experience was great here! The staff member at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. They were very punctual and my masseuse Erika was amazing, managed her time perfectly and really tailored the massage to areas I wanted to focus more on.
