GoogleI want to give a shout out to Tanya at the front desk. I went in yesterday to get my mom a serum for her Christmas gift and Tanya's customer service was unmatched. She was warm, friendly, attentive, very helpful, and her vibe and smile were genuine. I've been to this location a few times for massages and a facial and it's always been a great experience. From phone calls to the actual service everyone is always so welcoming but the experience I had with Tanya yesterday was so refreshing and really stood out to me, to the point that I had to write this review! Thank you again Tanya for all your help and above and beyond customer service and great job to Hand and Stone Don Mills for hiring such an amazing team! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
