Dr. Godley and every team member, especially Heidi has been so incredibly professional and responsive to all my concerns. I started texting with Heidi years ago and have come in to see Dr. Godley for everything from IV’s to skin and body concerns and all were done far and above any expectations I could have. The fast texting communication makes any questions and concerns a breeze!! The whole group here has so much knowledge! I am always put at ease no matter what. Thanks Heidi and everyone at Godley. Picking a doctor in aesthetics can be nerve-racking—especially if you’ve never been to the clinic before. The first time I walked into Dr. Godley’s office—3.5 years ago—I was completely reassured by his right-hand gal, Heidi. Not only is Dr. Godley honest, reasonably priced (and funny!), but Heidi is the one who truly makes the experience seamless. She always made sure my visits went smoothly—checking in before and after procedures, and even following up when Dr. Godley was a little tardy replying to texts or calls. Her consistency, care, and attention to detail have made all the difference over the years. It’s rare to find someone so committed to patient support. I have been going to Dr Godley for several years, and am consistently pleased with his work, his ethics, and his team. Over the years, I have come to him with a number of tricky elements I wanted to work on, and I’m always very pleased with the outcome. He gives me an honest opinion when I ask him about various treatments and whether they may be warranted or give me the outcome I’m after. He never attempts to upsell, and tells me when he feels something I’m asking after is unnecessary for me. He helps me articulate exactly what I’d like resolved, and then uses his skills and best choice of treatment to remedy the issue. His team is just as excellent as his work; they are knowledgeable, welcoming, and extremely professional. Heidi is generally the team member who follows up with me, and she is so personable, incredibly attentive, and proactive in aftercare. As with all of his team, Heidi makes both the visit and the aftercare a relaxing pleasure. In addition, The Godley Clinic is open Saturdays, which fits my intense work schedule. I have full confidence in recommending Dr Godley and his team to anyone who may be seeking out a fun, friendly, and professional cosmetic dermatology studio.
