Dr. Schachter hasn't learned a thing and Dr. Coutts feigned "shock" when I told him about my appointment experience with Dr. Schacter despite the restrictions on his license being so recent. Summary of the Undertaking given by Dr. Schachter to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, effective April 6, 2025: *THREE* College investigations were conducted into Dr. Schachter’s care of, and conduct towards, individuals in his dermatology practice. As a result of the investigations: Dr. Schachter will practice under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor acceptable to the College for three months. Dr. Schachter will engage in professional education in maintaining professional boundaries with patients and their family members, the provision of chaperones for intimate examinations, and appropriate draping for patients during disrobing.

I am a new patient and walking into Glamour MD I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The staff there are amazing, courteous and very professional. Dr. Schachter is fantastic, amazing bedside manner. Felt like I have known this team of people for years. Location is chic and clean. Easy access to parking and TTC. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant first time experience. This was my first time ever having an "invasive" cosmetic procedure: Botox to correct some minor facial asymmetry. Dr. Rob was very welcoming: he made me feel comfortable immediately. He clearly explained the anatomical effects of the procedure and the actual injection was fast and almost painless. I highly recommend Dr. Rob and his staff, especially if you are unfamiliar with the territory :)
