Very nice staff, but I’m unfortunately very disappointed with how expensive the consult was and the lack of thoroughness. Not good value. I came here a few weeks ago. For $250 just for the consult, other trichologists offer actual through scientific analysis of scalp and hair, including checking the scalps hydration, pH with machines ,and inflammation zones with a specific light. Instead here, they just looked at my hair with a cheap camera and said it was androgenic alopecia. Yes it’s pretty obvious part of it is. But with seb derm it’s important to also throughly check for inflammation as well, and they didn’t even check my history properly (as I’ve had recently surgeries, addition of minoxidil finasteride and now LLLT, other stressors and mediations etc.) that I wanted to bring up because it may cause shedding as well and I was unsure how to treat this specific issue. Instead they upsold me a very expensive LLLT device that I’m unsure if it does anything. They are also suggesting for expensive PRP treatment after making me spend $800 on some LLLT device that I’m not convinced is helpful. Significant shedding could also look like AGA worsening but I’m confused because given the history and my age it doesn’t make sense that in just 3-6 months, one can go from full head of hair with relatively good density then suddenly have a severe shedding after illness, medication, surgeries, stress, new tropical treatments etc. that can all be blamed on AGA. At least they ordered some blood tests which showed typical lower vitamin D. But sadly I’m disappointed by the lack of thoroughness and value during my consultation. The shampoo they gave me too, also just irritated significantly my already itchy seb derm scalp and there was not much advice given if my Trichofoam topical minoxidil and finasteride used on my scalp was irritating and causing the itchiness (causing bad shedding) or if it was a good resetting shed. It’s like my itchy scalp never mattered either. Oh well. My money is gone now but what can you do 🤷🏽‍♂️ very sad and disappointed tbh

Today, I had my laser hair removal done by Alisha and this is my 2nd visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was extremely professional and worked very quickly while making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. So far the results are amazing, and I really appreciate her skill and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Alisha to anyone looking for laser hair removal treatment. She truly knows what she’s doing and delivers excellent service!

I got a scalp treatment done by Nikkita and it was really incredible. I got to see up close with a camera what my scalp looks like, and get it deeply cleaned. When I saw the results I was so surprised. I have been struggling with an oily scalp for a long time and this felt like the reset I needed.

Very happy with my experience at Freedom Hair Clinic. Violetta was very friendly when I met her at my first hair system service appointment. She did an excellent job styling my hair topper/system, and would adjust bonds as needed inbetween my service appointments at no extra charge (Janice also assisted me during these appointments). Both technicians are very good at what they do. The reception team (Dee, Alysha and Christina) are all very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Would recommend 10/10.
