The whole team was beyond incredible. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Erica is incredible and I would recommend her to everyone and anyone. She is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and so freaking funny!!! This will be my forever go to place.

I've never had so many ingrown hairs in my life. I've been getting waxed for 15 years and decided to try foxy box out... The waxer accidentally ripped my skin, so i was very sore after, and now almost every hair is growing back under the skin. It's honestly horrific and I'm getting scarring. No shade to the waxer because she was very nice and also apologetic when she ripped my skin, which is why I gave this 2 stars instead of 1, but this was worse than me doing it myself at home. I feel bad for posting this, again, her customer service was great, but this was by far the worst wax I've ever had in my life. I understand why they make you sign a waiver first.
