Ask for Emily!! 11/10 service, she explained all the procedures, let me know all the next steps and was very gentle with my skin, I nearly fell asleep a few times. I got the all-in and the difference in my skin showed. Will happily return, thank you Emily!

The staff here were lovely but I was not impressed with the hydrate + glow facial. This felt like a mini facial as it was only 30 mins but full facial price (100+ dollars) - any facial I've received anywhere else is always an hour. There wasn't anything relaxing about this treatment as it did feel rushed and the esthetician just talked the entire 30 mins - bless her but I came here to relax and give my skin some TLC. I woke up the next morning still with visible blackheads and clogged pores on my nose - something I am never used to after a facial... Unfortunately I won't be going back but hope they work towards improving.

Kayla gave me one of the best facials I’ve had. Relaxing, personalized, and my skin was noticeably more toned, brighter, and smoother after. The whole experience felt calm and welcoming. Highly recommend - can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been to formula fig a few times now and I always have the most amazing experience, and I was just in there today! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. The beautiful girl at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was so incredibly sweet and helpful and Jasmine did my facial, she was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, made me feel so comfortable, and my skin is glowing! I brought my mom with me and she can’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed her facial as well. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and so relaxed! Can’t wait for my next visit ◡̈

I had a great experience at Formula Fig Ossington! Booking was all done online, and finding the place was easy (big green storefront, you can't miss it!). I was greeted and welcomed in, then taken to a pod for my facial service. The entrance was very clean and calming, with a pricing list easily visible and accessible. This is great for walk-in appointments, which they do take! Sueda did my treatment - she was amazing! She took the time to explain what step she was doing, why she was doing it, the features and benefits of each step, what it would feel like/what to expect, and the aftercare. She also gave me some recommendations for products to address my areas of concern. She was not pushy or trying to upsell me on anything, which I appreciated. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. To cash out, the employee at the front was very friendly, and a great cap to the experience. For drivers, parking can be a challenge, so allow yourself extra time. There is street parking (Green P) along Ossington, as well as a few surface level lots.
