I’m visiting Vancouver for a few days and needed to fix my callus urgently. Thankfully after googling I managed to get an appointment with Formation. Wow I was totally impressed ! Firstly they have a very easy to use self online booking system. During my appt the specialist (sorry i forgot to ask for your name) was so good in treating my feet I decided to do manicure in the evening. Kelly was my manicurist and she did an amazing job on my nails too and I must say she is one of the best I’ve had. I strongly recommend then!

Unfortunately, my gel manicure didn’t even last a week before it started chipping. I also noticed that my nail technician (Sana) didn’t properly care for my cuticles - I had to ask her to at least push them back and clean up the edges near my fingernails, as there were visible rough areas. The gel application itself felt rushed and uneven, and it seemed like the technician was in a hurry. For a gel manicure, especially when I don't do any manual work (I work in an office), I expected it to last much longer. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and attention to details.

Oh wow! I visited Formation Beauty Lounge for the first time and got a gel manicure with cat-eye design from Kelly. I was super impressed by her skill and friendly service! The manicure lasted a month without any breaks, even as my nails grew out. I returned to have them removed by Sabrina, who was also fantastic and very friendly. I enjoyed my time there and, after two visits, can’t wait to go back for my holiday treatment!
