The first time I contacted Form Face + Body and spoke to Shani, I knew I was in good hands already. Everyone at this clinic is professional, kind and warm. I'm a patient of Dr. Jalil's and let me just say, he has the patience of a saint! He was thorough and attentive and answered my lists of questions at every single visit. My post-op care was basically what I'd consider gold-standard. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back for more. Also, shoutout to Nurse Michele who's an absolute darling!

Dr.Jalil performed my explant surgery, including a lift, fat grafting, and muscle repair. I came to him after my implants, placed over 10 years ago by a different surgeon, had ruptured and were causing me a number of health issues. Initially, I was afraid of losing the feminine shape I’d grown used to, but from the very first consultation, Dr.Jalil’s depth of knowledge and expertise, calm confidence and honesty gave me a sense of peace and reassurance. I felt far more optimistic about the procedure and walked into the operating room knowing I was in the best possible hands for my unique case. It’s also worth mentioning that I have type 1 diabetes, which can make extensive surgeries far more complex, yet Dr. Jalil and his surgical team prioritized my safety, and ensured my blood sugar remained well managed during and after the surgery. My recovery was seamless, and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. I had imagined missing my implants dearly, but not a single day has passed where I haven’t felt grateful for this decision and for working with Dr.Jalil. His skilful precision restored a natural shape that feels perfectly my own, allowing my body appear more balanced and aligned with my active lifestyle. The FORM Face + Body team, especially Justine, Nurse Michele, and Cierra, have been incredibly supportive, they coordinated every step with such grace and professionalism, demonstrating exactly what an exceptional client centred care should feel like. In a field dominated by aesthetic surgeons, I can attest that Dr.Jalil stands apart as a Master of his craft, sculpting equally well through enhancement and removal. You could not ask for a better team. Every person involved in my reconstruction journey, from start to finish, was incredible. I had the pleasure of being referred to Dr. Somogyi for my Diep Flap surgery (delayed, after mastectomy in 2019). He made me feel comfortable right from the start and answered all my questions in a caring and understandable manner. Although I was anxious about the surgery at North York General (never been there before), everyone was so supportive and calming. The surgery team, ICU staff and nurses were Top Notch. I'd like to give a special thank you to Cierra (in the office) for always being welcoming and kind, for coordinating my surgery and for being there to receive questions arising from my recovery. I cannot recommend FORM Face + Body and Dr. Somogyi enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for making me feel whole again!
