If you're considering going here, please re-think your decision and consider going elsewhere. I had CO2 done on my under eyes here about 2 years ago and I'm still recovering. I have permanent marks on my eyes that are finally starting to fade with other lasers and topical treatments (that I've had to spend more money on). After my treatment I went back for a few follow ups and every time Dr. J said "just few more weeks" finally I asked her "do you even know when I got this treatment done?" and she literally had no idea. Also the person at the front was assisting her with the laser and I did not see either of them wash their hands or put on gloves. The one at the front had a bracelet on that was touching my face at some points. Horrible experience for the money I paid and would not recommend. Dr. J did not care about my post-opt and it shows. Overall strange vibe. Luckily I was able to get DermaBright cream from my family doctor which has helped over the past year.

Very disappointed in the service. Today on Easter Monday they said I could go in for an appt. By the time I got there, I was told the Doctor just left. Super upset. The receptionist was at least trying her best to apologize. Beyond disappointed.

I went to get consultation with Dr Jaina about two moles on my face, and received my first treatment on Saturday. It’s currently Thursday night and everything we discussed has happened so far. The darker mole became light and the small one has now fall off. Thanks so much! She does ask some questions but that is what professionals in the medical fields do. I just chuffed it up as her asking information on our lifestyle in case of any complications. IE: if you do physical labour you might risk having ruptured wounds and infections…. Dr jaina treated me with professionalism and I look forward to my next appointment with Dr Jaina. My treatment package is very reasonable and I felt very safe.

I went in to get treatment for a keloid. Dr. Jain asked so many unprofessional questions that had nothing to do with my condition or skin history. She asked about my ethnic background, mental health state, my work and other irrelevant questions and it was not friendly but more interrogative. She interrupted most of my replies. I felt like she was just profiling. Her procedure was sketchy. She almost dropped the needle. Usually it helps to lie down based on my previous experience. She just came at me with the needle while I was sitting, no opportunity to lean back or brace myself. I had the receptionist tell me my procedure would cost $50+tax before I set my appointment. At the appointment, the doctor tried to charge $110+tax. I had been going to a different clinic which only charges $40. I argued that I traveled a long way with a certain expectation and this was unfair and she reduced it to $75+tax. I understood why she was asking those questions earlier. Her line of questioning and bed side manners made me really uncomfortable. Overall, a bad experience from start to finish. Waste of taking half a day off of work and how far I drove.

Got a mole on my lip removed with Dr Jain for only $75! A lot of other dermatologist offices were quoting me $150-200 for the removal. Getting out of this medical clinic is a little chaotic but service and the doc is friendly. I enjoy her straight to the point attitude and she's very honest in terms of what lasers/treatments are suitable for you.
