Everblooming Cosmetic and Laser Clinic in Toronto

I strongly recommend avoiding Everblooming Cosmetic and Laser Clinic. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was one of the most dishonest and disappointing encounters I have ever had with any business. I was drawn in by their microneedling promotion for $150, confirmed that exact price over the phone, and paid the required $25 deposit to secure my appointment. Everything seemed professional at first. On the day of my appointment, Chrissy called and told me I could come in at any time after 3pm. After driving 40 minutes, I arrived and was asked to complete a form. While I was doing that, Chrissy, standing more than five feet away, suddenly told me that microneedling would not be effective for me because my scars were "too deep." This was confusing, as she could not possibly make that judgment from that distance. She then tried to upsell me on a different treatment, microneedling with PRP, even though she is not certified to perform it since she is not a nurse. When I mentioned that I had done microneedling before and found it effective, she told me that the advertised $150 price only applied if I purchased a package of three sessions upfront. This condition had never been mentioned in the ad or in my initial phone call. It was a clear bait‑and‑switch tactic. When I pointed out the inconsistency, Chrissy blamed a “marketing company,” saying they had misled customers and had already been “fired.” That explanation sounded like an excuse rather than the truth. Even when she offered to honor the price for that day, I had already lost all trust in her and the clinic. Why would I go through with a treatment performed by someone who had just told me it would not work? The entire interaction felt unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative. I left without receiving any treatment and requested a refund, which I am still waiting to receive. In summary, I strongly recommend staying far away from this place. Their advertising is misleading, their sales tactics are pushy, and their behavior left me feeling scammed and extremely disappointed.

I had a very good experience with Crissy at the Everblooming clinic. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that feels reassuring and easy to understand. Her kindness and friendly demeanour really put me at ease, and I have felt well cared for throughout my PicoSure Pro treatments I am so glad I was in her hands and would absolutely recommend her ! The clinic itself is clean and organized with ample parking available.

I got my first ever micro needling treatment from this clinic. I waited for a week to see the results before posting this review. 1. Pre-Treatment: The preparation process was really thorough. It adds to service to have a doctor doing the initial assessment. Dr Gihan advised what type of micro needling to get and answered all my questions. 2. treatment: Chrissy explained the numbing process and the aftercare and applied numbing cream all over my face before the needling process. Post the treatment she clearly explained to me what to expect and how to use skincare items to speed up the healing process. 3. After: It took 2 days for the redness to go down and about 4-5 days for the dryness to subside. There isn't a drastic change as this is my first treatment of 6 , but my skin looks fresh compared to older pick and pores look smaller already. Cant wait for my next treatment!! Note: I have also booked laser hair removal for my face and neck in a weeks time. Excited for that treatment too. Tips: You will be paying ahead for the treatments to avail offer prices for 3 or 6 session so be prepared for that.

Best clinic for all anesthetic needs, Dr Gihan and her team is best specially Crissy. She advised me microneedling with prp and connected me with her best aesthetician Crissy, she is very knowledgeable, humble and took care of my skin, answered my queries with knowledge, advised great products to increase the vitality of my skin. Dr Gihan and Crissy are very honest in their works. Adding to it they are very flexible in accommodating clients according to their schedules. So far I had three sessions of microneedling with prp and after each session my skin is feeling more youthful as Crissy promised. I am continuing to go there for more sessions. Most recommended clinic for everyone! Thank you Dr Gihan and Crissy for making my skin more youthful:)
