Came here after reading a thread about this clinic, and I’m glad more people are sharing their experiences. During the initial treatment, the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive. However, the post-treatment experience is completely different. It feels like once you’ve paid, they lose interest. The receptionist, in particular, can be dismissive and passive-aggressive, which makes the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. If you’re getting anything done, especially in a delicate area, I strongly recommend choosing a clinic that stays professional and supportive after the procedure.
