Elle Yaletown in Vancouver

I was a loyal client for over two years. Unfortunately, during the only time I had an emergency and needed to cancel/reschedule an appointment, there was zero flexibility. Because my credit card was on file, I was fully charged including tax and tip, despite no service being provided. This was extremely disappointing given my long history as a client and the circumstances. I strongly recommend not saving your credit card on their system, as cancellation policies are enforced strictly with no consideration for emergencies or client loyalty. This experience completely changed my view, and I won’t be returning.

Visited twice. The first time, my nails got chipped and filed off pretty much after 1.5 weeks and after the 2nd visit they stayed for about 2 weeks. Technician was gentle, but the quality of work is not great and the general atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming

I recently had an appointment with Olena and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly professional and truly took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I absolutely love the results and my nails look stunning!

I have been going to Emily (emily_for.you) at Elle Yaletown for my haircut for quite awhile and the result never disappoints! She always does an amazing job, and I really love how it turns out every time. Highly recommend her!🤩

For the last four or five years, my mom and I have made it a monthly ritual to get our nails done at Elle and we absolutely love it! Linda and her entire team are so kind and thoughtful and their attention to detail and the quality is unmatched! Over the years we've had a few different nail artists and they have all been fantastic. We look forward to seeing everyone each time we go and have made it a tradition to always take a picture of our manis afterward :)
