I am so lucky to have found Amber. She is truly a master at what she does, and is the kindest woman! I first found her through ClassPass where I booked two 1-hour facial appointments. I read the negative reviews from other class passers, I think they just want someone to take their aggression out on because the instructions and information are all there 😂 Amber is really knowledgeable about my various skins conditions (rosacea, cystic acne, dermatitis, and deep, pigmented scarring) and has safely applied acids to my face without any irritation or breakouts. It’s honestly really hard to find a high-quality aesthetician that knows how to work with reactive skin, so it makes her that much more special. After booking twice with class pass, I switched to the direct facial membership and pay now every 6 weeks to go back for 30 minute treatments. She has deeply helped to address my hyperpigmentation and inflamed skin. I see some negative reviews regarding professionalism and conduct, and I feel that I have to address them. I’ve seen Amber for a year now and I honestly have grown to see her as a friend; she is punctual and beyond friendly, she has never cancelled last minute or made me wait for an appointment. Life happens to everyone and if I ever had to cancel an appointment due to hospitalization, I would hope that my client would have some grace. One of the best parts about Amber’s services is that she can take my appointments super late in the evening! As a woman who works two jobs and long hours, I love her flexible scheduling. The cost of facial services is also very affordable. To summarize - I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to highlight Amber’s amazing work and quality service. Go see her and you won’t be disappointed!

Amber is awesome, I found her on class pass and have been coming for the last 6 months. She’s the best lash tech in Toronto and so sweet, coming here is like coming to visit my friend and I also have perfect lashes after! Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
