I had my procedure with Dr. Dorval over a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Dr. Dorval and her entire team were incredibly professional, welcoming, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable from day one and took excellent care of me both before and after the procedure. The nurses and staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to answer any questions I had. The level of care and follow-up was outstanding, and the final outcome has exceeded my expectations. I met with Dr. Veronique Dorval and within minutes of our consultation I was totally committed to have her perform my beard to head transplant. Her confidence and compassion sold me immediately. I had over 5600 grafts done over three days with no discomfort at all. Dr. Dorval and her entire team are the most incredible people I have ever met. The follow up was met with the same compassion and now I am enjoying a full head of hair I should add that I met with other surgeons who told me it was impossible and would not have a successful result. Upon calling the clinic I was immediately impressed. Lisa took my initial call and I knew I would be in good hands. She was knowledgeable and welcoming. My initial consultation with Dr Veronique Dorval was everything I could have opted for. She was attentive, up to date with the latest techniques and confident in both herself and her staff. Nothing less than 5 stars for Dr. Dorval and her team! I had roughly 2000 grafts FUE with great results, with her method of extraction there is absolutely no visible pattern at the back and all the hair grew in the front. She took extra care and attention to detail as well as for my comfort throughout the entire 10 hour long procedure, I even fell asleep! I appreciated the care her and her staff gave me for post op follow up and booking PRP sessions with her staff was easy. I chose Dr Dorval instead of going to Turkey because I felt a better standard of professionalism, a higher commitment to quality and it was much easier to communicate what I wanted done.
