I had several treatments here for facial scars following an impetigo infection, and my experience was excellent. Dre Bougrine was incredibly professional and thorough, she made sure the infection had fully cleared before moving forward with any treatments or prescriptions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I underwent IPL sessions and microneedling, and throughout every visit the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I appreciated the aftercare instructions for procedures which came with the necessary products. Appointments always started on time. Communication with the pharmacy was very smooth, and payments were straightforward and hassle-free, which made the whole process even easier. Overall, I felt very well cared for and I’m grateful for the professionalism and kindness I received. Highly recommend.

I’m so happy I found this place! Iwent in for acne and a skin cancer screening with Dre Bougrine, and she checked me literally head to toe. Unlike many other experiences I’ve had, she takes her time, examines every mole, and never pushes unnecessary procedures or medications. It’s hard to find a private derm who focuses on whole body health and not just medical easthetics She does a complete exam like ordering bloodwork, ultrasounds, and other tests to really understand the root cause before prescribing anything. You can feel that she wants to rule out all possibilities instead of rushing into treatments you might not need, which to me, as a healthcare provider myself, is the sign of a truly great doctor.

I had my 2nd appointment with Dr.Bougrine and once again, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The office staff is always welcoming, and I never have to wait long before being seen. During this visit, she reviewed my progress from the 1st appointment and made touch ups, which I appreciate.
