These low reviews are honestly *shocking* - I never leave reviews but I had to log in because it's crazy to me. Dr. Vanessa Wong is incredible. As someone who was diagnosed with cancer in my 30s and faced a double mastectomy and reconstruction, Vanessa's bedside manner was incredible. She has always been incredibly kind, she wants the absolute best results because she's a perfectionist with her work, and she doesn't play around with your health - I had some inflammation and she had me booked for an urgent MRI within the week. Vanessa truly cares about her patients. My initial surgery was a team effort (double mastectomy plus tissue expander placement) on December 22nd, 2023 and when I was experiencing complications later that night, she left her child's school Christmas concert and raced back to the hospital in the middle of a terrible snowstorm to perform emergency surgery for me instead of leaving it to another surgeon. She has been an incredible member of my healthcare team and I would recommend her any day of the week.

DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR VANESSA! SHE WILL RUIN YOU. I had a very negative experience with Dr. Vanessa. At first, she seemed kind and I trusted her for my surgery. Unfortunately, my liposuction left my stomach and sides uneven. She confirmed what results I would get, but that did NOT happen. When I tried to follow up, I was told to “wait 6 months,” then 9 months, then a year for correction. Calls from my number were eventually blocked, and my appointments were repeatedly delayed until the end of the day, regardless my appointment time. When I asked about this, she blamed her staff instead of taking responsibility This process has cost me a lot of money and stress, and I feel my body was left worse than before. I have documented photos from the surgery day to now, showing the uneven results. I’ve also had to contact a lawyer because communication with the clinic has gone nowhere. Never take my calls nor reply to my emails and she ALWAYS LIE infront of you. I will never repeat anytime with her. I personally don't want to share my images on the internet but it is messed up and horrible!!!! I would not recommend Dr. Vanessa based on my experience.

Cost me a days work, a day of my time, parking. She knew she couldn't do the surgery but still brought me there to mock me. Walked in the room saying I was there for a breast reduction, which was very wrong. Promised she had someone that would do the surgery if I could wait then refused to help. Asked me to walk into day surgery where I work and ask a doctor there if they would do it. I'm sure she's good if you're paying her.

Dr Vanessa Wong is the best surgeon you can ever ask for! From the first day that I met her for my consultation, I was so impressed with her professionalism, wealth of knowledge, expertise and attentiveness. She answered all my questions and was very patient in making sure that all my concerns were answered. She has the best bedside manners one could ask for from a physician and it honestly felt like I was talking to a friend that I’ve known for so long. Everything was explained to me and the whole process moved swiftly. Day of my surgery, she made sure to check in with me and walked me through exactly what she was doing so that I was not confused. Post-op, she made sure my recovery was seamless and comfortable. Home care was taken care of and arranged by her team. I was honestly in awe of how amazing she is and her team as well. She has one of the best medical secretaries (Cindy) who is also very thorough and professional. I can see why this clinic is busy because Dr. Wong is amazing and precise. So happy with my results and I will always be recommending Dr. Wong to my friends. With her, you are literally in good hands from start to finish. She is amazing at what she does and the medical field needs more doctors like Dr. Vanessa Wong!!!
