I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded at Dona Lucia for a while now and all the staff are lovely and attentive but Poonam is amazing! She’s so sweet, gentle, and really skilled. I always leave happy with how clean and precise my brows look. She makes you feel comfortable and the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dona Lucia for years. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My go to ladies are Shree & Fatima I have lived in many different places and I cannot recommend Shree highly enough. Every time I have a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded! She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and makes me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walk in. She takes her time to shape my brows perfectly and checks in often to make sure I am happy with the result. My eyebrows have never looked better! Poonam is incredible. I have never let anyone touch my eyebrows in 15 years but she is a master at what she does. Totally changed my face shape for the better - I was actually getting compliments on my brows in the office. Plus she treats you like you’re her family and takes her. Time listening to your experience and what you want. I will never willingly go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to Dona Lucia for years. After reading stellar reviews about Poonam, I decided to book with her for my eyebrow threading. She is a master in eyebrows! I wouldn’t go anyplace else. In addition to being a master at her craft, Poonam is an incredible human being who immediately makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to this salon for 13 years. I’ve been seeing Poonam for 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have full brows and she maintains them to perfection. She never trims or over threads and I trust her completely. She is also such a lovely person with the best energy.
