From the moment you step into their space, you are greeted warmly by Michele. Your coat is taken, a beverage is offered and you feel like you are hanging with your new best friend. When it is your time to be seen, Dan listens carefully and thoroughly assesses & then explains your options. He is not pushy or salesy. I was bothered by laxity in my neck area so we decided to pursue Radiesse injections into my annoying “tech-neck” lines. Essentially painless and I’m so excited for my full results. This is my neck 18 hours after injections and this is when it is the most swollen! Can’t wait to go back for tox and laser treatments!!

I booked a consultation this week with Dr. Dan after doing my research and finding his work detailed and knowledgeable. His expertise is clear. Toward the end of the consultation, when I asked whether the price included tax, he said it was out of tax but apparently private side arrangements are possible if you pay in cash and speak with his wife. I didn't react when it happened but I was genuinely shocked after ending the call. Personally, I could never trust a professional with my face after that. And yes I have all the proof to back it up.

I went for my first consultation. He had been highly recommended by a nurse in Victoria BC where I used to get my treatments until I moved to Ottawa. Everything was explained clearly to me, pros and cons of treatments were discussed. What I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured into anything. I liked how he provided the information without sugar coating it like they do in certain places. He took the time to answer all my questions and listened to what I was saying. I’ll be going back for future treatments.

Treatment options and pricing were well explained during my consultation. Dr. Julien is very knowledgeable. He knows what would suit you best but always asks for your input. He doesn't try to push anything on you. I was very happy to find someone who's not afraid to tell me what face features didn't need to be touched instead of giving me fillers/botox in common/popular areas just because it's trending. I can tell that my results will be natural and I'm excited for it. And Michelle is a gem on her own, always welcoming you with the greatest smile. Her service is impeccable. I'll be a returning customer as often as I can! :)
