After complaining about not being able to lose my "baby weight", my Brother (who has gone to Cryomend for cryotherapy for years) insisted that I go to see Nicole. I had no idea how a sports recovery center was going to help, but nothing else was working, so I went. For the past 6 months, I have been doing EMS training and CAROL twice a week, with the occasional contrast therapy and red light therapy and I am down 25 pounds and 3 pant sizes! I look and feel better now than I did before I had kids. I have way more energy and can almost keep up with my toddlers. Going to Cryomend and working with Nicole changed my life. Nicole is one of a kind, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to work through several of my health issues. I cannot recommend Cryomend more to anyone looking to get in shape after having kids, or just eating too many burgers. It works!

The best kept secret in Toronto! I have researched biohacking equipment for decades. Nicole, who is very knowledgeable and attentive has many at her pristine location. Canadian made Far Infrared Sauna, Health Canada approved Red LIght Therapy, also a Canadian Company, so it was a good to go for me to try as a specific experiment I was looking to do for a long time. I also did the compression therapy Normatec for legs and hips to enhance my circulation. I did not think I could do the cold plunge, which is part of the sauna contrast therapy, as I have never liked cold water. Nicole emphasized the benefits and encouraged me to do it gradually. Surprisingly, I have been able to do 3-4 minutes from my initial 30 seconds. I felt amazing after each session. After 1 month, my Sports Medicine Doctor confirmed this week, with an ultrasound, that I had less inflammation in my right knee. Without changing anything to my lifestyle (on purpose to evaluate) I trimmed 5 1/2 inches overall, released 5 lbs and 2% Body Fat, my face wrinkles are smoother looking, some dark spots have faded a little and a small rash I had was healed. It was a great experience I highly recommend.
