Cristina is super sweet, professional, and makes you feel totally comfortable. The whole process was quick and easy, and I’m already happy with the results after going there for about 6 months. Honestly, highly recommend if you want someone who really knows what she’s doing!

When instead of answering to questions, the tech tells you to trust her experience and avoids stuff -then thats already a red flag. If you believe that its normal for your hair to grow back a week after your initial session and with no shedding signs and later when you ask technician she answers that it wont shed, and that you should have more sessions -then you have been scammed. Its whether not properly functioning IPL or not IPL at all ( could be useless photo-epilation machine instead) or settings had been deliberately put too low to prolong sessions and charge money, and prolong machine maintenance. This place is scam and lots of fake 5 star reviews here, the most real reviews are with the low stars. If ppl who had commented below mentioning 11 sessions and 8 sessions with no results want reimbursement then they should file a report. Law will take care.

Bought a groupon to try the photo facial, so I booked it online. After not receiving a confirmation email, I called, and it went to voice mail. I called a few times over 4 days, and it went to voicemail. After leaving a voice message, no one ever called me back. The appointment date has come and gone, and still no call back. I called groupon and explained, and a full refund was issued.

The owner is super sweet and very knowledgably. She explains how the machine works. What to expected how long it takes. My bikini line took about a years and still good 5 year later. I am going back for more laser for my armpits. I highly recommend just know this will take many sessions to see results. the first couple months you go every month and then they get spaced every other month and more and more spaced out till it is no longer growing. Best prices in Ottawa. Wish I did this sooner.
