Connected Health & Skin in Toronto

I was told about Connected Health from a friend. I was struggling with acne for the first time in my life (am in my late 30s). I had tried various products and nothing seemed to help. I booked appointments with Jen (naturopath) and Felicia (facialist). Jen suggested some vitamins and supplements. Felicia recommended specific cleanser, serum, moisturizer and exfoliator. I followed up with them after 6 weeks and then again after a following 6 weeks. I am now acne free! :-) highly recommend !!

Aside from the pandemic years, I’ve continued to see her regularly—once or twice a year—for microneedling maintenance. I’m also excited to try Aerolase for my hyperpigmentation in the near future. If you’re struggling with your skin and looking for a comprehensive, supportive approach, I can’t recommend Dr. Newell highly enough.

After years of trying various band-aid treatments for my acne with little success, a friend suggested I see Dr. Newell. She's taken a holistic approach to understand all contributing factors to my health, from skincare to supplements (and lifestyle improvements that are actually reasonable). What really impressed me is that she was able to identify underlying factors affecting my health before even my GP had answers. I’ve finally felt like I’m addressing the root cause instead of just covering up symptoms. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been a loyal client to Jen since 2018. The Connected Health and Skin clinic provides a welcoming and clean environment for clients. She is an expert on performing treatments and is knowledgeable on a variety of products, and techniques. I get annual treatments performed by her, and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend her services and clinic to friends and family.

After a bad experience elsewhere, I was hesitant to try acne treatments again, but Felicia really turned things around. From the start, she asked the right questions and even did a detailed photo analysis of my skin. Her knowledge was incredible, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me get results. She was honest, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Nothing was coming off as upselling or sales like, pure honesty on recommendations and this stood out because I feel like most places are more focused on getting as much money as they can whereas Connected Health & Skin is focused on real results The treatment went smoothly. I’m excited to continue working with her, and I highly recommend both the NeoClear treatment and Felicia for anyone struggling with acne!
