I went in for a microdermabrasion treatment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The technician didn’t recommend any products for my skin type, and the treatment itself felt very superficial — mostly like only the suction was applied to my face. There was no redness or sensation afterwards, which made me question whether anything was actually done. She also skipped my neck, which I found odd since most treatments include it as part of the face. I asked a couple of basic questions during the session, like whether the machine used a diamond tip or if any serum was extracted, and she wasn’t able to provide clear answers. Post-treatment, I saw no visible difference in my skin, and even noticed several blackheads still on my face, which should have been extracted during a proper session. At the reception, I asked about different neuromodulators (like Dysport), and the staff only understood when I used the term “Botox,” which was concerning for a place that markets itself as a medical spa. Overall, it didn’t feel professional or results-driven. Either the technician needs more training, or their equipment is ineffective. Disappointed, especially given the price point and expectations for a med spa experience. I think the staff need a lot of training and a trip to a real medical spa to see and understand the difference. But the place was clean and the staff friendly. Other note in a medical spa technicians usually wear gloves during treatment and the technician here didn’t.

Super service! I got a quick appointment with Daphna for a consultation and a treatment. The treatment was great! The product used are good quality and the technician was really nice! I highly recommend going there to have a wonderful and fresh skin.

I had my laser hair removal done here by Daphna and the service was well explained, and done with great care. My hairs were almost all gone afterwards, would definitely recommend to others
