Very pushy and intimidating staff. They constantly try to convince me to buy extremely expensive products. When I scanned the products on Yuka, they scored 9/100 — terrible. I went back for a follow-up appointment and clearly said beforehand that I would not be doing any treatment because I’m traveling to a hot destination. The day I arrived, they told me to take off my upper clothing and prepare for a treatment anyway. She even came in with the cart ready to start. I immediately repeated that this was only a follow-up, not a treatment. She wasn’t happy and brought her supervisor to push me into doing a “sun-safe” treatment and tried again to pressure me into buying their products. When I asked about the results of my previous treatment, she claimed she could already see a big improvement and said she would send before-and-after pictures to my email. It’s been months — I still haven’t received anything. After that, I got dressed, went to reception, and the receptionist put five products on the counter, saying these were “essential” for my routine and better than my current products. More pressure. These people clearly don’t care about their patients’ needs — they only care about money. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and like I was nothing more than a way for them to pay their rent.

Tried the acne treatment and microneedling here -amazing results! My breakouts calmed down quickly, and the microneedling really helped smooth out my skin and fade scars. The staff was professional and made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend

I booked especially with Hiba on May 16 because I trust her expertise, but ended up with her assistant without being informed. The session was supposed to last 20 minutes but dragged to an hour, with a lot of repeated info that felt like I was not understanding and a 15-minute absence while the assistant spoke to Hiba. I paid full price and was promised a "protocol" I never received even after 6 weeks. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. UPDATE: After my review, the clinic reached out and explained that this is the way they work in the clinic. While I appreciated the follow-up, it didn’t address the core issue: poor communication and lack of transparency. They asked me to remove the review, and I said I’d consider it if they refunded the fee 70$, since the experience did not meet my expectations. They agreed, but only if I came in person and we took an appointment. I went back, only to be told that this meeting was to discuss again the situation and refunds aren’t possible. Another miscommunication and waste of time. I don’t think there was bad intent, but the lack of coordination and clarity was frustrating. I won’t be returning. *I still never received that promised and paid "protocol".

The follow-up care has also been excellent, my esthetician regularly checks in via text, offers advice, and even reviews photos to ensure my skin stays on track. My skin is visibly brighter and more radiant, and I’m thrilled with the results! I can confidently give this clinic a 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering facial treatments. I struggled to find effective treatment for my hyperpigmentation until I met Hiba. She was the sweetest and very knowledgeable. Loved her little corner and ambiance. Her services were worth every penny, and I had a positive experience with noticeable results. Highly recommend!
