Clinique Grace in Montreal

I don’t usually have to leave a negative review for a clinic, but I feel like sharing my experience may help others make an informed decision. The staff at this clinic were polite, and I appreciate that. However, I left feeling very disappointed, misinformed, and overall unhappy with the value of the treatment I received. I went in for a Hydrafacial and peel treatment. From the beginning, I felt pressured to purchase $230 worth of 1 product even after I clearly stated that my dermatologist already prescribed me products. A facial should feel relaxing, but instead I felt pushed toward spending more money. I was also told that they offer a “glow facial treatment” free of charge in exchange for before and after photos. I did not receive this, despite taking screenshots of the offer. The pricing was another major issue. I was told the total would be $200 with a promotion, but when it came time to pay, I was told it was actually $350, with the esthetician apologizing and offering an extra peel due to the miscommunication. The “extra peel” however, was just a very thin layer brushed onto my face which did not feel like something worth the extra cost, I TRULY regret doing it. In total, I paid $400 tax in , which was shocking for what felt like minimal work and results. I see the value in what they do but the price is Ridiculous! After the treatment, I consulted my dermatologist, who mentioned that a hydrafacial wasn’t necessary for my skin concerns and that it wasn’t the most suitable treatment for pore cleansing. This raised concerns for me regarding the guidance I received at the clinic. I truly wanted to support this business and was excited about my appointment, but I left feeling let down and financially taken advantage of, I also over heard the owner pressuring the staff to sell me their products. Had the information been clearer and the price accurate, I might have recommended this place. Unfortunately, I cannot based on my experience. I hope this review helps others. Please make sure to research thoroughly before spending this kind of money, and always trust your own dermatological advice. I am disappointed that it came to this, but I wanted to be transparent about my experience.

I went to Clinique Grace for a consultation on my skin and skin care products to get my skin wedding ready and I could not be happier about the results! Daniela really understands what my skin needs and created a treatment plan for me. After 3 micro needling sessions and 2 laser treatments I really see a difference. Thank you Daniela ❤️

I went to clinic grace to treat my acne scars, I got my IPL and microneedling combo, and a chemical peel done with Daniela and she is very kind and patient and made me feel super comfortable with any worries i had, and you can feel like she really cares for her patients. she treated my skin with a lot of precision and i see a big difference in my skin and confidence. i recommend her 100% for anyone dealing with acne scars, especially old acne scars that seem difficult to get rid of.
