I wrote to ask about options and I was told over the phone that an appointment with a nurse (not a doctor) would cost 120$ and that it would be waived ONLY if I do the treatment then and there. No time to consider the options, to read about them, etc. I was supposed to just trust what I was told. Wow!!

This time, the experience was excellent, and I’m happy to update my rating to 5 stars. I’ve tried four different clinics and dermatologists in the downtown area with mixed results. None were able to offer a solution to my issue—until now. Victoria Park Medispa stands out thanks to their knowledgeable team, wide range of services, and a clear expertise in the field. I left my appointment genuinely optimistic that my issue might finally be resolved. If you're dealing with a specific or persistent concern and haven’t found the right clinic yet, I highly recommend booking a consultation here. You might finally find the help you've been looking for. ------------------------------ Original review: I booked an appointment at 12h30 for a consultation, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. The receptionist sent a message to the person I was supposed to meet, but she had no idea when the appointment would actually take place. I'll try again later, but for sure if you're looking to pass by: make sure your schedule is completely free as you might be waiting for a looooong time.

Excellent experience!!! The clinique is so nice, they offer a wide range of treatments and you will feel taken care of from start to finish! Clinicians, estheticians and technicians are super professional and friendly, 100% recommend by far the best!! It was my first time doing a microneedling and I can’t recommend it enough! Naomie is truly an expert, she explained all the steps, reassured me on all my questions, during the treatment she always made sure i was comfortable and after took the time to explain what products to use post treatment. Honestly it is just day 2 and i see a difference in my skin already! Thank you so much 😊💕

Dr Genevieve Blackburn is an artist in her field, her energy and aura are amazing. She truly cares about what her patients want and need, she is honest and her bedside manners are exceptional. She’s the best in town! Her teams amazing as well, the nurses and receptionist are super sweet. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing :)
