Incredibly grateful for Dr. T and his team for all the work that they do! Dr. T is the only physician that has ever truly helped me with my health and listened to my needs. His knowledge, empathy, attention to detail, and patience are just some of the many wonderful things about him. He always takes the time to explain everything and his team is very helpful and friendly.

I have been to the Bank St Ottawa location a number of times now. I have never been kept waiting for my appointments. Dr. Thuraisingam is excellent, and has a friendly manner. I have never felt rushed at any of my appointments, and I have always been able to ask him all of my questions. His assistant Tagrid is the nicest professional assistant I have seen in any doctor's office. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Dr. Thusanth Thuraisingam. This was my first time going to a dermatologist for an unusual spot on my arm. All the people I spoke with on the phone or in person were very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was also very warm and inviting. For both my appointments I arrived early and was seen earlier than my scheduled appointment. I had a biopsy done and it came back with early stages of melanoma. I was nervous and scared, but Dr. Thusanth Thuraisingam talked me through everything about the procedure, was very optimistic that we caught it early, and asked me if I had any questions. After my surgery I was walked through the post op procedures and was given a paper with instructions to follow which was very helpful because this was my first time going through anything like this. Two weeks later I had my stitches removed and that was a pretty painless experience as well. Again the nurse was very friendly, and funny and made me feel at ease. She told me about the recovery procedures and gave me a bag with samples of products to aid in my recovery as well as a bottle of sunscreen. It was a great experience and even though I hope I don’t ever have to go back for the same reason, I know that if I do that I will be well taken care of. I will be going back for a little while so that they can monitor the area for any future issues. I am very grateful for the care and compassion that I received.

While the office environment is aesthetically pleasing and the doctor was pleasant, my visit felt more like a business transaction than a medical consultation. I was initially given an arbitrary quote for a simple 5-minute mole removal, but the final bill was unexpectedly higher. This experience makes the establishment feel less like a care provider and more like a profit-driven enterprise. My Advice: Always request a detailed, written quote for all procedures before agreeing to treatment.

Nice waiting room, a nice piece of art on one of the walls. I arrived a couple of minutes early for my appointment and they got me I right on time. Dr. Mohamed-Amin was very pleasant and organized. Excellent service altogether.
