I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, the owner is knowledgeable and truly cares, and the salon has a clean, homey feel. They also always have great promotions. Highly recommend!

Very friendly front desk ladies. They explained the process of the red light therapy and made certain I was comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Classic Tan for all of their services.

I went in last week and was greeted by a lovely lady who said she's been working there for 13 years. She was super knowledgeable about tanning, skincare and all of the products available. She happily spent a good 10 minutes answering all my questions and running through the packages with me - I've been to other salons where the staff have the conversation capacity of a paper plate so, this was refreshing, haha. Anyway, GREAT first impression, I had my first session the same day and I'm going back for my second today. Clean, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff gets a thumbs up from me. :) Edit: This was the Lloyd Manor location (Eglinton/Martin Grove).

I’ve been coming here for years, even AFTER I moved over 40 minutes out of the area. Whatever magic they put in the spray tan machine is the ONLY thing that keeps me looking like a bronzed goddess for two weeks without any streaks or orange colour. I recently came in for a spray tan last week and woke up the next day a little less tan than normal, but went on about my day. The owner, Steve, personally called me to let me know there was an issue with the machine, leaving part of the solution to not reach my body. He not only offered me a DO-OVER but another complimentary spray tan to use within the next two months. This is the type of service and client care that keeps me coming back. I just visited the Beaches location for my do-over and tried the new VersaSpa and today and holy that thing is powerful! The woman at the desk was super lovely and answered all my questions too. I have no doubt I’ll wakeup with a beautiful tan tomorrow. Thank you Steve and Classic Tan!

Drove super far to get there yesterday at 1:25pm during opening hours to get a tan before an event I attended.. nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. Not even a note on the door or anything to say why they were closed or when they would reopen. Nor do they have a voicemail. Very unprofessional and disappointing for such a costly place. Make sure you call before you go. I’ve never had to do so in the past, so I didn’t figure I would have had to. Update: Google reviews are for customers to give other potential customers their experience or dismay with a business and also to encourage businesses to do better where they lack. I changed the stars because I have had good walk-in experience there in the past. I would kindly like to just give a suggestion that you add a voicemail to your business phone and maybe use it to warn customers that pay and buy packages from you of these understandable situations when they do arise or that you’re temporarily closed and until when so they can either wait or not waste gas making their way there and maybe go elsewhere, if necessary. Also I appreciate the free offer, Steve. Take care.
