We had a wonderful experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced. Hina did an incredible job—she was very gentle, careful, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the whole process. My daughter didn’t complain about any pain during or after the piercing, which made the experience even better. The studs, on the other hand, were on the higher price point and could be more economical, but overall we had a very good experience.

I got my nose pierced from Zoe and she was excellent. So polite and humble. She also guided me with the right instructions to care for the piercing. Really happy with her service.

We went to get my daughter’s ears pierced and were able to be accommodated as a walk-in, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, there were issues with billing and professionalism. We were charged more than expected and were not given an itemized receipt. We had to return and ask why the total was so high, at which point we were told the extra charge was for a cleaning solution. It was odd to be charged for a product without being given the item at the time of payment, and only receiving it after questioning the cost. This same issue happened to another customer getting her daughter’s ears pierced. When we got home, the cleaning solution bottle was leaking and appeared to have already been opened. Taken together, these issues made the experience feel unprofessional and raised serious concerns about the corporation’s practices.

had a very disappointing experience I initially came in to get my eyebrows done and was told they had a makeup artist with over 6 years of experience. Since I had a big event coming up, I was excited and decided to book a makeup appointment. Unfortunately, the service was far from what was promised. I arrived slightly late due to a valid reason, which I completely understand is not ideal — but even so, the way I was treated was unprofessional. The artist barely prepped my skin and didn’t take the time to explain or even show me the products she was using. The foundation she applied was the wrong shade — yellow and patchy — and made my face look dry and unnatural. Throughout the session, I felt like I was guiding her rather than the other way around. She didn’t listen to my preferences, and despite showing her pictures of the look I wanted, the final result was nowhere close. To make matters worse, she rushed me toward the end, saying she had another client waiting. It took her nearly 30 minutes just to apply eyeliner and even that looked uneven and messy. They seemed to have very limited products — one blush, one eyeshadow option, and lashes that didn’t suit the look. Yet they charge premium prices, which is shocking considering the lack of professionalism, skill, and product range. Save your $100 — you’d honestly be better off buying your own makeup and doing it yourself or going somewhere with real expertise and proper customer care. I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed on what was supposed to be a special day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had such an amazing experience with Alex at Carol Baker Visage. She’s not only incredibly talented at what she does, but also makes you feel so comfortable and cared for throughout the whole process. Alex is professional, detail-oriented, and truly has a gift for bringing out your best. I walked away feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with the results. I can’t recommend her enough!
