From the moment I walked in, Heather made me feel completely comfortable. The sugaring itself was far less painful than I expected, and the results were incredible. My skin feels so smooth. 100% recommend Heather!! I have never had sugaring done before, and I was a bit nervous. Is it actually less painful than waxing? Well I must say it is, and the experience with Heather was amazing. She took the time to explain what she was doing (yes, I was that unsure of the process and I’m mega awkward in these beauty settings and so I wanted a play-by-play). She was very professional, and she was as kind as she was gentle. Thanks for the great experience! I will be back again.

She created a calm, judgment-free space and was gentle yet efficient throughout the appointment. Any nerves I had quickly eased because she consistently checked in, adjusted when needed, and offered helpful aftercare guidance. The results were great and the appointment felt thorough without ever feeling rushed. The only reason I’m giving 4.5 instead of a full 5 is that there were a couple brief moments of discomfort, but that’s expected with sugaring and Heather handled it with patience and reassurance. I would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone considering body sugaring, especially if you value professionalism, clear communication, and a provider who genuinely prioritizes your comfort and wellbeing.
