BossArts Salon and Spa in Ottawa

Just had my first appointment with Miranda yesterday and it was a 10/10 experience. Even with my minimal understanding of hair, which translates to my minimal explanation of what I like, they still nailed it. Not only that, they're also very educational with any questions that I had. BONUS, they're a big yapper like me! If you're someone who LOVES to yap, especially to kill the time of a lengthy appointment, I highly recommend you book with Miranda for amazing hair and great chats!

Every time I come here for a haircut, I feel so pampered. Amy is a phenomenal curly hair stylist and she’s so friendly too. I always have the best time with her! The staff are so warm and welcoming and I love that they offer coffee during your appointment. I will always highly recommend this salon, especially Amy for all the curly gals!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at BossArts Salon & Spa in Ottawa! ✨ I had my hair done by Rajaa, who was amazing from start to finish. She really listened during the consultation, and you could tell she’s experienced with long, thick hair—skilled, attentive, and reassuring throughout the cut. She took her time with the styling and blow dry, and even the wash with the relaxing massage and comfy lie-down beds was such a treat. At the front desk, Serena was warm and welcoming, offering me a drink on arrival and even making me a cappuccino before I left. Overall, the care, skill, and personal touches really made this a great experience for me. Highly recommend Rajaa and the team at BossArts Salon! 💇‍♀️☕🌟

I have really thick and hard to style hair and have had so many bad experiences with stylists that have otherwise good ratings. I reached out to BossArts after hearing good reviews from thick hair girlies and the salon asked me for pics before pairing me with Rajaa. She took a full hour just with the cut then gave me a great blow out. I’ve spent years avoiding haircuts and I think this was the best I’ve ever had. Rajaa is a serious expert. Adding a before pick and two after - but they really don’t do justice to how much healthier and bouncier my hair looks.

07/11/25 This was my first visit to BossArts, and I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Rebecca. I have thick, curly hair, and she did an amazing job-shampooing, conditioning, cutting, and diffusing it perfectly. I really appreciated how she understood my curls and brought out their natural shape. I left feeling extremely happy with how my hair turned out!
