“The only reason for 2 star, was due to how the owner set up the billing” “ I would come back, but skip that extra 2 strips” I was very impressed with the service here, and I honestly never knew this place even existed. The manager was amazing to work with—very pleasant, professional, and helpful. However, I was extremely disappointed with how I was charged. I’ve been getting waxing services for over 10 years, and never have I been charged an extra $18 plus tax for just two strips on my shoulders ( that’s normally part of full back and full arms ( in over 10 years this small area has never been left out) . I had a full back wax and full arms, but those two shoulder strips apparently didn’t fall under either category. I found it surprising and frustrating that such a small area was charged separately. The manager explained that this wasn’t within her control and that the system is set up this way, which I understand, but it still doesn’t make sense from a customer perspective. It’s confusing how a full back—which uses around 20–30 strips—costs about $60, and full arms—almost the same amount of work—cost around $52, yet two small strips on the shoulder cost an extra $18 plus tax. I ended up paying $145 with tax for a full back and arms, which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. This was very disappointing, though absolutely no fault of the manager. I truly feel the owner should review and fix this pricing structure because it doesn’t seem reasonable or consistent.

Mississauga location - Vivi is amazing, she provides a good service and pays attention to detail. Unfortunately she’s on maternity leave so I got someone else when I booked my Brazilian wax appointment. This shouldn’t be a problem because it’s a standard service, right? Wrong. The girl that did the service had zero attention to detail and I still had to re-wax the area when I got home. What a waste of my time and money. I probably won’t be going back. Parking is can be difficult and if they aren’t going to provide a good service then there’s no point in going there

I've attended 3 or 4 times at this point and have to say the service is wonderful. Always on time and the ladies are extremely personable. They're also very detailed and make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. Recommend!
