BBM Ottawa - Permanent Makeup & Medical Aesthetics in Ottawa

I had an appointment yesterday to do Powder Brows. When I arrived, the entrance was warm and welcoming. There was a seating area and a washroom close by. The reception (Sylvie) was friendly and very polite. Marcella (the master artist) came to greet me. She was very professional and on time. She showed me to her treatment room which was well lit and had a really nice ambiance with soft Christmas piano music playing in the back ground. She installed a warm weighted blanket on me. Loved it. Marcella explained the process and also was checking in with me as she was applying the brows. Afterwards, she gave me some advice regarding products that would help with my specific skin texture. She is very well knowledged in all things beauty related. She also told me how to take care of my brows and tips on how to encourage healing process and minimize healing time. Everything in the building was clean. Tips that made my experience better: bring a fluffy pair of socks or slippers and park at the back of farm boy instead of stressing to find a parking spot close to the front door.

We came to BBM with a group tattoo experience request. In honour of our sister/daughter/cousin who passed away 5 years ago to the day. We were all getting the same tattoo in her memory. Both Iliana and Hillary (and the entire team) were so lovely to work with. We brought our grief, our tears, our laughter, our playlist, our snacks and all of our memories into this space. We are so grateful for this team for being so accommodating. They listened to hours of silly stories and old country music and tears. We laughed and cried and grieved together. Thank you BBM Ottawa for being part of our journey. We think Lorraine would love the tattoos and would have loved to be part of the experience. ❤️

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, super friendly and genuinely welcoming. The studio itself is spotlessly clean and stylish, which put me at ease. Nathalie listened carefully to what I wanted, and she delivered with beautiful, natural-looking lashes that felt light and comfy the whole time. I had a fantastic time, and I’m absolutely in love with my new set! Highly recommend her services, Nathalie and the team really know how to make you feel looked after.
