I had the absolute best experience at BB Belleza Caviar Boutique. From the moment I walked in, the entire space felt like a luxury resort lounge, calming, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. The aura of the boutique alone sets the tone for something special. I booked the caviar tasting paired with their signature caviar facial, and it was beyond anything I expected. The facial left my skin feeling unbelievably refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. The attention to detail throughout the entire treatment was next level. They also treated me to complimentary food and drinks, which made the experience feel even more indulgent and personalized. As if that wasn’t enough, the scalp massage was pure heaven, so relaxing and the perfect finishing touch. The staff were beyond amazing. Professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience for their clients. EXTREMELY CONCERNING HYGINE ISSUES. During my laser session the technician treated intimate areas and then immediately used the same laser handpiece on my face without wiping or disinfecting it in between. This is basic hygiene and seeing it ignored was honestly shocking. When you trust a clinic to treat very sensitive areas of your body, proper sanitation should be the absolute minimum standard. The areas that were shaved at the clinic with their razor were also left extremely irritated and itchy afterwards. One spot in particular appears to have been treated very harshly and left a noticeable burn/red patch, and I have photos documenting it. Another issue was the quality of the treatment itself. I repeatedly had to guide the technician and point out areas that had not been treated, asking her several times to go over spots that were missed. That should not be the client’s responsibility during a professional service. What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterwards. Before the appointment the clinic had no problem calling and texting frequently, but once I raised serious hygiene concerns the responses suddenly became slow. Eventually I was told that the aesthetician claimed all protocols were followed, which essentially suggests that what I personally witnessed did not happen. This is a serious safety concern. Clients deserve proper hygiene standards and professionalism during procedures like this, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope my review isn’t responded with a default reply such as “ we will look into your concerns” or “ we’re professionals, all protocols were followed” etc. i have emails and pictures for documenting this case.
