Went here in 2024 and although the lady is nice, lots of marks left behind that I haven’t experienced before and after (went to a different place). Nice enough to offer numbing cream if you come early. Asked if they have a cream for aftercare but it was dirty around the rim…. I did not continue treatments here.

I have been seeing Dana for a month now for facial electrolysis and I can’t believe it took me this long. I have been seeing tremendous results! I am a woman with excessive facial hair due to PCOS and Dana has made me feel so comfortable right from the start. This process is not painless and requires quite the time commitment in the beginning but is so worth it. After two initial two hour appointments my chin and neck were clear and I have just been going back for maintenance sessions weekly. I am down to a half hour session once a week. The length of time I can go between appointments will increase and the length of my appointments will decrease further. I expect the process to take about a year in total, but even a month in I don’t even think about the hair growth anymore. I am so excited to be hair free after dealing with this condition for the past decade! Dana has lifted a weight off my shoulders. She makes time for her clients and truly cares. I look forward to our sessions and seeing how excited she is at my results too. Can’t recommend her enough!

I have been going to the Bay St clinic in Toronto for a few weeks now for facial hair electrolysis and saw a huge improvement in the re-growth in just about a couple weeks. I'm on my way to being completely hair-free in the treatment area. Dana, my electrologist is very friendly, professional and genuinely very caring and conscious of my needs. If you do your after-care right as she suggests, there won't be any scabbing whatsoever! I've noticed it makes a huge huge difference! Overall, very happy with their service and totally recommend!

I started my consultation with Victoria and with the consistent treatment I have been able to see amazing results with my facial hair. Now with her daughter Dana, I am still getting the wonderful service ☺️. Dana, you are a remarkable person. It's always a treatment session plus a stress buster with all the conversation we indulge in..at the end of each appointment, I come out with clear face and clear mind - refreshed & relieved. The treatment has obviously made my facial hair from thick to very thin and the growth frequency has also greatly reduced. I am beyond 100% happy and satisfied that I found your place. Absolutely incredible experience! Dana is the best!!! She is incredibly educated, overly qualified and simply a pleasure to spend time with, always the most interesting and insightful conversations. Time flies by and I was not even aware of any pain when doing my electrolysis, she has the most gentle approach to skincare. By far the best in Toronto. I trust her to get done all of my hair removal, be it laser or electrolysis, which is a permanent hair removal and I do hope that Dana’s clinic and services receive all the proper attention they deserve. Will he recommending to all of my family and friends, and purchasing packages as gifts. So impressed!
