I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, and especially about Dana. I struggle with unwanted hair because of pcos, and finding electrolysis was honestly life-changing for me. From my very first appointment a few years ago, Dana made such a great impression. I went in not really knowing what to expect since it was my first time doing electrolysis, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. Similar to many things in life, especially treatments, you definitely have to be patient and consistent, and Dana was always really encouraging throughout the process. I started out with so much hair in the area we treated, and now it’s completely gone. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results, it’s helped me feel so much more confident! Electrolysis can be painful sometimes, but it’s absolutely worth it. Dana does everything she can to make it as manageable as possible. She’s also super understanding and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and even payment, which I really appreciate. I actually ended up coming back to treat another area, and it’s been the same great experience. On top of being amazing at what she does, Dana is so so nice and I love chatting with her during my treatments, it helps make the appointments feel way more bearable than you’d expect. I truly couldn’t recommend her more, Dana has helped me so much ❤️

I've been going to Dana for electrolysis for a long time now and I couldn't recommend her more. She is always so kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable during appointments. She clearly knows what she's doing and does excellent work. I've consistently had great results and really appreciate the care she puts into her work. My positive experience at Bay St Clinic Electrolysis extends over one year. I had never tried Electrolysis before and speaking to my doctor, we agreed it was right for me. I went first for a free consultation and basically discussed whether I was a candidate for Electrolysis. This was a chance for me to ask questions so I recommend you write them down ahead of time so that the practitioner can assist you promptly and correctly. The treatments don’t start right there at least not for me. The first treatment involved the aforementioned consultation. The next visit was a test to see how the skin reacts to the mini treatment. The third appointment you come in and basically you’re booked for a full hour. Dana became my practitioner after she assessed me and said that I was all clear for further treatments. I continue treatment on a regular basis. I have never missed an appointment and what I really like about this place is she is very professional and the place is clean, which is very important to me. The atmosphere is welcoming and I can see the results from the treatment right away. It’s also not difficult to get a convenient time booked. All these details make a difference and are the reason why I’ve been returning for treatment.
