Dr. Golger is an extremely honest and realistic surgeon — I respect this tremendously. You’re not going to get told what you want to hear. You’re going to get told what’s actually possible. I initially had otoplasty done and, unfortunately, my ears decided to return to their “factory setting.” The pessimist in me assumed you get what you get and that would be the end of it. I was wrong. We made a clear plan to let everything fully heal and settle for a year, then reassess properly. Dr. Golger stood behind his work and performed a revision at no cost — exactly as promised. That level of accountability is rare and says everything about his integrity. I’m very pleased with the result this time around. The entire office is warm and professional. Josie, who truly is the calm center of gravity in the clinic, is incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the process. If you value honesty, skill, and a surgeon who stands behind his work, you’re in the right place.

My friend told me about her awful experience with Dr Golger, he turned down her reduction surgery because he told her “they are not big, they are saggy” right to her face in front of her and her partner at the time, absolutely unprofessional and disgusting as i was thinking about getting the same surgery hopefully through a referral from my doctors. There’s a way to talk to patients about their body and it’s not this way, she is still suffering from back issues.

Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Before my surgery, I struggled with constant back pain, and I'm so happy to say that it has significantly improved since the procedure. Dr. Golger is an exceptionally skilled plastic surgeon and I am extremely happy I went with him for my surgery. Everything went perfect from surgery to recovery with no complications.
